Cancellation Conditions
Without Event Cancellation Insurance Policy
- Cancellation up to 90 days prior to the first day of the event
› money will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 25 Euro - Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the first day of the event
› money will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 50 Euro - Cancellation up to 15 days prior to the first day of the event
› 50% of money will be refunded in the form of a Bike Promotion gift certificate valid for one year
With Event Cancellation Insurance Policy (10 € per event day)
- Cancellation up to 90 days prior to the first day of the event
› no charge, money will be refunded in full - Cancellation up to 15 days prior to the first day of the event
› money will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 25 Euro - Cancellation up to 5 days prior to the first day of the event
› 75% of money will be refunded in the form of a Bike Promotion gift certificate valid for one year - Cancellation up to 1 day prior to the first day of the event
› 50% of money will be refunded in the form of a Bike Promotion gift certificate valid for one year
Event start is the opening of the on site registration on the day
prior to the first day of track riding sessions.
